How does it Work?
The Calwyn Brass Picture Light is a rechargeable, cordless LED picture light that mounts to your wall above any artwork, mirror, or gallery wall. It requires no hardwiring, simply mark two screw holes using the included paper template, mount the brass wall bracket, and slide the light bar in. The bar detaches easily for recharging via the included USB-C cable.
Unlike any other picture light, it has 7200 mah and motion sensing. A small remote control included lets you turn the light on/off and cycle through 3 brightness levels from anywhere in the room. You can also control it by touching the lamp body directly. The light operates at 3000K, a warm white that renders artwork colours faithfully and creates a warm, gallery-quality atmosphere.

No. The Calwyn Brass Picture Light is completely cordless and rechargeable. Installation requires only two small screws and takes under 10 minutes. No hardwiring, no electrician, and no landlord permission required.
How do I adjust the light direction?
The Calwyn Brass Picture Light features a fully rotatable light head. Simply rotate it by hand to direct the beam precisely onto your artwork, mirror, or any surface you want to illuminate. The head holds its position firmly once set.
How long does the battery last?
The battery lasts 8+ hours on a full charge at medium brightness. At the lowest brightness setting, you can expect even longer run times. Recharge via the included USB-C cable — a standard USB-C wall adapter (5V 2A) is all you need.
What size artwork does it suit?
The 16" (40cm) bar suits artworks up to approximately 60cm wide. The 22" (56cm) bar suits artworks up to approximately 90cm wide. For very large statement pieces or gallery walls, we recommend the 22" bar or a pair of 16" bars.
Can I use it in a rental property?
Yes — it is perfect for rentals. The light mounts with two small screws (the same size as a picture hook) and can be removed cleanly when you move out. No hardwiring, no large holes, and no damage to walls.
