Refunds & Returns Policy

At Calwyn Lights, we want you to feel confident ordering from us. If there is a problem with your order, we are here to help and will always do our best to make the process clear and straightforward.

Returns Eligibility

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • unused
  • in its original condition
  • returned in its original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

Items that show signs of use, damage caused after delivery, or are not returned in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund.

Custom items, clearance items, and final sale items may also be excluded from return unless otherwise stated.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@calwynlights.com.

To help us review the issue as quickly as possible, please include:

  • your order number
  • clear photos of the item
  • clear photos of the packaging

Once we review the issue, we will advise the next steps promptly.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact us at hello@calwynlights.com before sending the item back.

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to complete the transaction after processing.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer.

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us first. Exchange requests are subject to product availability at the time of review.
